Roof Insurance Claim Help in Huntsville, AL
We document the damage, we meet your adjuster, and we file what your carrier needs — in plain English.
Why Most Homeowners File Their First Roof Claim Wrong
A first-time roof claim is almost always confusing. The forms ask for terms most homeowners have never heard. Adjusters arrive without photos. Damage gets missed. Deductibles get math’d wrong. And carriers deny or under-pay claims that should have been straightforward — not because the homeowner did anything wrong, but because the damage wasn’t documented in the format the carrier expects. The fix isn’t a public adjuster (we’re not one — be careful of who is). The fix is a roofer who already speaks the documentation language and can hand the carrier a complete photo report with strike counts, dated images, and a line-item estimate written the way insurance line-items get written.
Our Claim Process
Step one: free inspection with a written report and dated photos. Step two: strike counts and wind-uplift documentation for hail or wind claims. Step three: a written estimate in standard insurance line-item format. Step four: we meet your adjuster on the roof so the assessment is done with us present, which makes a real difference in fair-scope outcomes. Step five: if the adjuster’s report missed damage, we file a supplemental with additional documentation. We do all of this so the actual roofing work can happen at a fair scope — but we are not licensed public adjusters and we don’t speak for your carrier or guarantee approval. What we guarantee is documentation thorough enough to give the claim its best shot.
What’s Included
- Free written inspection with dated photo documentation
- Hail strike counts and wind-uplift pattern documentation
- Estimate written in standard insurance line-item format
- On-site adjuster meeting (we attend on your behalf)
- Supplemental estimate filing if the adjuster’s scope missed damage
Important — What We Are Not
We are not licensed public adjusters and we cannot legally negotiate your claim on your behalf. We are a licensed roofer documenting damage and quoting repair scope in a format carriers understand. If you want a public adjuster to negotiate your claim, that’s a separate (and licensed) role — we’ll point you toward one if it makes sense.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge for documenting an insurance claim?
No. The inspection and written documentation are free. We earn the work if and when the claim is approved and you hire us for the actual repair or replacement.
Will my premium go up if I file a claim?
That’s between you and your carrier — and depends on your state, your claim history, and your specific policy. We document what’s there; we don’t advise filing or not filing.
My adjuster denied the claim. Can you help?
Sometimes. If we think damage was missed or under-scoped, we can file a supplemental with additional documentation. Outright denials based on policy exclusions are different — those usually need a public adjuster or attorney.
Do you cover the deductible?
No — and you should be skeptical of anyone who promises to. “Waiving the deductible” is illegal in many states and treated as insurance fraud.
What if I already met with my adjuster?
Still worth a call. We can do a post-adjuster inspection and file a supplemental if there’s damage that was missed.
How long do I have to file?
Most policies require you to file within a year of the storm event. Sooner is always better — the older the damage gets, the harder it is to tie to a specific storm.
